A little admin moment

• To kick things off, hop on chat with welo support and tell us you want to start using welo equipment.
• Once your new WiFi Gateway ships out, you’ll get a confirmation email and tracking number so you can obsessively refresh the tracking page (we’ve all been there).
• When it arrives, just plug it in and follow the setup instructions in your email. Easy.

Swap now, procrastinate later
Your modem will stop working with welo 24 hours after your welo equipment arrives, so don’t sleep on the swap.
