What payment methods does welo accept?
We accept credit card, debit card, and autopay.

We accept credit card and debit card. Prepaid credit cards from banks and prepaid cards bought in stores or online are not accepted.

⚠️ Important payment reminders:
First payment
Your first payment is done by manually entering your credit or debit card. This transaction happens directly after you finish the sign up process on our website.
The amount you pay during sign up will be applied as credit to your first month’s bill.
Your billing cycle begins on the day your services are activated, repeating monthly on that date.
Billing schedule
Your services are billed in advance every month. That means your monthly bill is for the upcoming month of services, not the month that has just passed.
Payment cancelation
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel a payment already in progress.
If there are insufficient funds in your bank account at the time of transaction, your bank may charge you an insufficient funds fee. welo is not responsible for these charges from your financial institution.
