Any welo customer can receive their monthly billing statement by paper mail upon request.

- Let us know you’d like to opt in to receive your monthly billing statement by paper mail.
- Confirm your mailing address.

Will my monthly billing statement still be available online?
Always. We use e-billing for all welo customers to reduce our environmental impact and mailing costs.
You can easily find all your statements by logging into your Account Hub and going to the* Billing* tab.
We’ll also email you a receipt every month after your payment has been processed.
