How to get access to my router’s settings.

If you’re using a personal router

Please refer to the user guide for that particular device.

If you have a welo gateway

You can monitor or make changes on your network via the Plume Home WiFi app. If you haven't already, visit the app store on your smartphone and download the app. To log in, use the same credentials you used to sign up for welo services. 

The app's minimum requirements are iOS 15 and Android 9 and cannot be downloaded on PC.
