Follow these quick steps to find out when your next monthly bill is due.
How to find your monthly billing date
- Log in to your Account Hub.
- Go to the Billing tab. On mobile you can find this at the bottom of your screen.
- Look under the Billing Summary Tab > Next Bill Due.
- Here you can find your next due date and how many days are left in your current billing cycle.
For ultimate convenience, set up automatic payments so you never have to think about this again.
A friendly reminder that your monthly bill is for the upcoming month of services, not the month that has just passed. |
How is my billing date determined?
Your current billing date is the same date each month, determined by the day your services were activated and your equipment was delivered. For instance, if your service began on the 10th of the month, all future billing dates will be on the 10th.
Can I change my monthly billing date?
Absolutely. To choose a new monthly billing date, simply contact welo Support and let us know what new date you'd prefer.
⚠️ Changing your monthly billing date will make your next bill slightly higher. This is because it will include the charges for the extra days between your old and new billing dates. After this adjustment period, your bills will return to normal. |
