The firmware for welo WiFi 6 extenders are updated automatically overnight when the network isn't busy. While they cannot be updated manually, you can check the firmware version to confirm everything is up to date.
- Open the Plume Home app on your smartphone device.
- Tap on Network and scroll down to the Extenders section of the Connectivity tab.
- Tap on any of your pods and then the View Details button.
- Your current firmware version will be displayed along with the serial number, MAC address, and IP.
