# When will I get my welo activation date?

### Your service activation date depends on if your home requires a technician visit or not.

* **If you do not require a technician visit**
  * Your service will be activated when your equipment has been marked as successfully delivered to your home.
* **If you require a technician visit** 
  * Your service will be activated on the same day as your appointment.
