When will I get my activation date?
Your service activation date depends on if your home requires a technician visit or not.
- If you do not require a tech visit, your service will be activated when your equipment has been marked as successfully delivered to your home.
- If you require a tech visit, your service will be activated on the same day as your appointment.
In all cases, you will receive an email notifying you that your services are now active. If you need to move your activation date, please reach out to welo Support.
