When do I have to cancel my subscription to my previous internet provider?
The real answer? It depends.
When you sign up for welo, we’ll send you an email letting you know your activation date. When we do, make sure you contact your current service provider to let them know that you’ll no longer need service with them as of your activation date with welo.
