I have received my welo equipment! What’s next?
If you have your equipment in hand, you should be ready to get connected immediately. Here’s how:
- Check your email for an email confirming that your welo services have been installed. This message should have come through on the day you received your equipment - whether by mail or technician.
- Once you’ve confirmed your services are activated, follow the installation instructions included with your equipment. You can also find them here.

- Can’t find your installation confirmation email? Send a chat to welo Support to confirm activation. You can do that here on the Support Hub.
- If you need to rebook your tech appointment, reach out to welo Support You can do that here on the Support Hub. We’ll see what we can do to accommodate your request and (hopefully) get you moved to a better time.
- If you accidentally no-show for your appointment, welo Support can help. You can do that here on the Support Hub. A new request will have to be submitted and your next appointment will be scheduled for a later date.
