I have received my welo equipment! What’s next?

If you have your equipment in hand, you should be ready to get connected immediately. Here’s how:


  1. Check your email for an email confirming that your welo services have been installed. This message should have come through on the day you received your equipment - whether by mail or technician. 
  2. Once you’ve confirmed your services are activated, follow the installation instructions included with your equipment. You can also find them here.



Appointment FAQs


  • Can’t find your installation confirmation email? Send a chat to welo Support to confirm activation.
  • If you need to rebook your tech appointment, reach out to welo Support. We’ll see what we can do to accommodate your request and (hopefully) get you moved to a better time.
  • If you accidentally no-show for your appointment, welo Support can help. A new request will have to be submitted and your next appointment will be scheduled for a later date.
