I can’t log in to my welo Account Hub.

If you haven’t created an account yet:

After you’ve completed your initial plan purchase, we’ll send you an email with a link to access your Account Hub and personalize your login credentials. 


You must use this link to create your welo Account profile. Don’t forget to check your spam folder for this message.


If you forgot your password:

Go to https://account.joinwelo.com/ and click “I forgot my password.” Enter the email associated with your welo account and then click Confirm.


An message will then be sent to your inbox with instructions on how to change your password.
