# How to request or cancel paper invoices for your welo account

Any welo customer can receive their monthly billing statement by paper mail **upon request**.

### How do I request my monthly statement by paper mail?

1. Contact welo Support via chat. [You can do that here on the Support Hub.](#open-chat)
2. Let us know you’d like to opt in to receive your monthly billing statement by paper mail.
3. Confirm your mailing address.

### Will my monthly billing statement still be available online?

Always. **We use e-billing for all welo customers** to reduce our environmental impact and mailing costs.

You can easily find all your statements by logging into your [Account Hub](https://account.joinwelo.com) and going to the Billing tab. 

We’ll also email you a receipt every month after your payment has been processed.
