How does the installation work?

welo internet can be installed either through simple self-installation (you get your equipment in the mail and install it yourself) or through a technician visit followed by self-installation (a technician comes out to prep your home, then when they are finished you install your equipment yourself.)  

Whether your home requires a technician visit or you qualify for complete self-installation, the process is simple and only takes 1 to 3 days to get your welo internet up and running.

If you’ve received your welo equipment, either through mail or from your technician, your service is very likely ready to use. To be sure your service has been activated, check your inbox for an email confirming activation. From there, follow instructions here or through the included paper install guide in your equipment box to learn how to set up your gateway.
