How do I use a welo promo or referral code during checkout?

In order to redeem a promo or referral code, you must enter the code during the checkout process. Unfortunately, we are unable to retroactively apply a promo for you—so if you have one, make sure you drop it in before payment. 


Here’s how:


  1. Start the process of purchasing your plan here
  2. When you reach the Payment page, enter your code into the Promo Code box, then press Apply.


  1. A green notification box will display, letting you know your code has been applied. The text below the green box will indicate when your discount will be applied to your account. 



Will I see my discount effective immediately?


If you are using a welo Referral code, your discount will be applied after you stay with us for 60 days. Certain other promos may be applied immediately during checkout. 


If your promo is advertised to extend across multiple billing cycles (for example, 4 months free), the discount will later be reflected in your monthly bills available in your Account Hub
