How do I move up my activation date?

If you are installing your gateway yourself (no technician visit needed) you can move up your activation date by reaching out to welo Support via chat. You can do that here on the Support Hub.


If you are scheduled with a technician, you’ll need to rebook the appointment to a sooner date—this will depend on availability of technicians. To do this, you can also reach out to welo Support via chat and let them know you need to reschedule. You can do that here on the Support Hub.
