How do I activate the internet?
If you’ve received your equipment, either by mail or from a technician, you should have also received an email letting you know your services have been activated.
Please be sure you’ve received this email before plugging in your equipment.
If you can’t find the email, reach out to the welo Support team—they can let you know if your service is ready to go.
