How can I upgrade or downgrade my speed/plan?
To upgrade or downgrade your speeds, follow these quick and easy steps:
- Click through to your Account Hub.
- Go to the “My Plan” tab.
- Scroll through “My Internet Plans” and select your desired plan change.
- Choose when you would like this to take place (ASAP or at a later date).
- Confirm and save.
If you’ve upgraded, your new speed will kick in immediately. The billing change will be reflected on your next bill.
If you downgrade before the start of your next billing cycle, then you have already paid for your current speed for the rest of the month. Your new speed will begin at the start of your next billing cycle.
