# Does welo cancel my previous internet provider?

### It is your responsibility to contact your current provider and cancel your current service agreement. 

To make sure that you don’t miss a minute of your new welo internet services, refer to the step-by-step installation and activation guidelines included in your onboarding email. If you haven’t received yours yet, check your spam folder.
