Can I suspend my welo service?
Yes! At welo, we know life happens - and sometimes you need to press “pause” on a monthly expense or two. That’s why we let you put your internet service on hold for up to 6 months.
When you pause service, you'll be charged a $5 monthly admin fee, but otherwise you won’t be charged and you don’t need to return your equipment. You also get to keep your same Price for Life rate when you reactivate.

Note: If your suspension lasts beyond the 6-month maximum, your welo service will be reverted back to active status.
